1. Q: What’s your minimum order quantity and payment terms?
R: Usually the MOQ is 500kgs, but we can discuss different orders. The payments are: 40% T/T as a deposit, 60% before delivery.

2. Q: How many types of aluminum products do you have?
R: Our main products are aluminum profiles, sheet metal parts, CNC machining parts, steel parts, brass parts, plastic parts etc.

3. Q: Do the prices of all colors have the same surface treatment?
R: Not yet. About Powder coating, the bright-coloured color will be higher than white or gray; about Anodizing, colorful will be higher than silver, and black will higher than colorful. 

4. Q: What method do you use to calculate the weight?
R: We can choose both theoretical and actual weights, depending on the clients' requirements.

5. Q: What is the best way to solve the quality problem?
As we have our own raw materials factory, and our products are subjected to very strict inspection, there will probably be a little damage during delivery. It is possible for us to compensate for your loss if you find lots of goods having a major quality problem and that they are actually caused by our factory production.

6. Q: Can you provide me with a C/O and a quality certification?
R: Yes, we can supply two certifications as per client requirements.
